When the exact flowering plant I ordered was not available, they called me and explained options for a substitute. It was delivered to my friend on time, and was very nice and well appreciated. I will call them again!

I called and asked a few questions. The guy who helped me was VERY friendly and helped answer all questions. I then placed an order online, hoping for delivery by a certain time. The next day, I called again, the same gentleman answered. I asked when the flowers would be delivered because unfortunately time frame was an issue. He said he would ask the driver to drop them off first. It was great because within 5 minutes my friend got the flowers. They were very helpful and they made a beautiful arrangement. Needless to say my friend was VERY happy. I will shop with them again and will refer friends to them as well.

My Dad always bought flowers for my Mom from Blaine Flowerama. Last year when Dad died, we came to Flowerama to buy flowers for his funeral. Not only were the flowers beautiful, but the staff commented on Dad being a regular customer but they were also personally saddened by his death. We were touched to see that they sent an arrangement of flowers from themselves and their staff. I was thrilled when I found I could order flowers from them online since I live in OK. I will always send flowers from such kind and caring people!
